4200 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the 4200 platform. By registering for or using any service on this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. This current version supersedes all previous versions.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the 4200 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the operator of the 4200 platform.
The 4200 platform is a service intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.
4200 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 4200 platform. Registering more than one account by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without any refund of existing balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other details requested. You are solely responsible for keeping your account profile information current. Any loss arising from inaccurate information is entirely the user's responsibility.
Password & Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 4200 will never ask for your password, OTP, or any sensitive account information via phone call, text message, or email. Any activity that occurs in your account is considered your own action unless you report a security breach to us immediately.
- Never share your password or OTP with anyone, including family members.
- Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
- Contact customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Use a strong, unique password that you don't use on any other platform.
Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 4200 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using our services:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, manipulate, or interfere with the platform's systems or security.
- Using your account for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
- Creating an account using a false identity or another person's identity.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users.
- Transferring or selling your account to a third party under any circumstances.
Use of the platform is for personal entertainment purposes only. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities or employ unauthorised strategies to gain an unfair advantage may result in account suspension and the forfeiture of all associated winnings.
4200 reserves the right to monitor account activity to ensure compliance with these terms. This monitoring is carried out to protect the interests of all users and the overall integrity of the platform.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the 4200 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required. Deposits can be made via Touch 'n Go eWallet or bank transfer through FPX from supported Malaysian local banks.
Winnings may only be withdrawn to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same name as the account holder's registration details. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed under any circumstances.
Transaction Terms
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are determined by your chosen payment method.
- Successfully processed deposits are credited to your account balance and cannot be reversed once used for wagering.
- 4200 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain amount.
- Any refunds or transaction cancellations are subject to the policies of the relevant payment method.
- Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and may take up to 3 business days.
4200 is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by third-party payment service providers during the deposit or withdrawal process.
Liability Limits, Account Policies & Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limits
The 4200 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 4200 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, free from errors, or able to meet each user's specific requirements.
Under no circumstances shall 4200 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including the loss of wagered funds resulting from legitimate game outcomes.
Account Suspension & Closure
4200 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any action that poses a risk to the platform or other users. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited upon completion of the investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 4200 platform, including designs, logos, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of 4200 or its licensors. You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 4200 platform may contain references to third-party services. 4200 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Governing Law & Changes to Terms
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate channels in accordance with established procedures.
4200 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure they remain compliant with the latest version of the terms.
Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by any court, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, while the remainder of these terms will continue in full force and effect.
